All manufacturing and production related services shown on this Capabilities page are subject to raw material availability, seasonality of yarn supply, and the current operational schedule of our factory. RMG reserves the right to modify, postpone, or prioritize orders based on internal capacity planning and quality assurance requirements. To achieve this, businesses need seasoned designers who grasp both their vision and the evolving landscape they operate in.
Final costing, per–unit pricing, MOQ (minimum order quantity), and delivery timelines will only be confirmed after the complete technical pack, specifications, and approved sample are received from the client. Any verbal discussion, preliminary estimate, or reference costing shall be considered non-binding until written approval is made.
Sample development, pattern making, fit testing, color lab dips, and any R&D activities required before production will be billed separately if applicable. These charges are non-refundable irrespective of final bulk order confirmation.
All artworks, trims, labels, packaging elements and brand specific items must be provided by the client or approved by the client in writing before mass production begins. Any delay or change in these elements can directly impact production lead time.
